Karen Pope from the Art History department. I was able to attend many of the classes that I was enrolled in under Dr. Pope. She also took me to Chicago and Paris to study art. She made studying art an enjoyable experience, and a week doesn't go by that I don't recall her sayingthat "Art History is a giant puzzle, and we as historians look for the pieces that fit together." My dad was in the car business and I was required to work in the dealership every summer. I was a mechanic assistant in the summer, changing oil and brakes.
